June 8th 2022: This is an active bear warning for all MVCCEPOA residents and visitors. Bears are very active and looking for free meals. There have been MANY encounters this spring and many bears have been aggressive and curious to find out where they can get a free meal. Please DO NOT leave feeders out on your porch as the bears will try to get a free meal from it and may attempt to enter your home if the windows are left open. Remember we are in their home and would like to not see them harmed or dependent on human interaction.
